Mead, or honey wine, is an alcoholic beverage distinct from beer, wine, and spirits because it is made primarily from fermenting natural honey.

We start by fermenting local honey to create a refreshing, naturally gluten-free alcoholic drink. We use the drink as a canvas for flavors by adding fruits, hops, herbs, teas, and spices. Our flavors can be reminiscent of beer, traditional wine, or can taste utterly distinct when highlighting the taste of special varietal honey.
